3. Membership Levels

Cineportal offers three distinct membership tiers:

Standard: Designed for freshers or individuals with less than 2 years of experience.
Premium: For users with 2 to 8 years of professional experience in the film or media industry.
Star: Reserved for highly experienced professionals with more than 8 years of relevant experience.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided in your profile.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to post any misleading, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
You must not impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent your experience.

5. Verification and Upgradation

Cineportal reserves the right to:

Verify the credentials, awards, or experience claims made by any member.
Approve or deny membership level upgrades based on valid documentation and discretion.

6. Payment and Fees

All memberships are paid and are available in one-year and six-month terms across various departments. Fees are clearly listed on the registration and upgrade pages.

7. Termination of Membership

Cineportal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.
You submit false or misleading information.
Your activities are deemed harmful to the community or platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property on Cineportal.in including text, graphics, logos, and design are owned by Cineportal or licensed appropriately. You may not use or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cineportal shall not be liable for:

Any user-generated content.
Misuse of the platform by other members.
Any direct or indirect loss arising from job/audition outcomes.

10. Privacy

11. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of paid advertising services by individuals or companies (“Advertisers,” “you,” or “your”) on the website www.cineportal.in (“Cineportal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Purpose of the Platform

Cineportal.in provides:

Free job and audition postings for actors, models, dancers, photographers, stylists, crew, musicians, and others in related fields.
Paid advertisement services for companies or individuals who wish to promote their business, brand, products, services, or events on our platform.

2. Advertiser Eligibility

To advertise on Cineportal.in, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have legal authority to represent the business, brand, or entity being advertised
Agree to provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading content.

3. Advertising Services

Free: Posting of job openings and audition calls specific to entertainment and creative industries is free of cost and subject to approval.
Paid: Advertisements that promote a company, brand, service, or event (including banner ads, sponsored listings, or features) are chargeable. Pricing, duration, placement, and campaign type are determined by Cineportal.in and may vary over time.
All advertising fees are non-refundable once the service has been confirmed or the advertisement has been published.

4. Content Standards

Advertisers must ensure that all submitted advertisements:

Are truthful and not misleading.
Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
Do not promote illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
Are relevant to the entertainment, film, and media sectors.
Do not contain offensive, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any ad at our sole discretion without refund if it violates these standards.

5. Intellectual Property

Advertisers retain ownership of all content they submit but grant Cineportal.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of displaying and promoting the advertisement on the platform.

6. Payment and Billing

All payments for advertisement services are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Cineportal.in does not store card or financial details.

Invoices and receipts will be provided upon successful payment.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Cineportal.in does not guarantee the performance, reach, or outcome of any advertisement.
We are not responsible for the interactions between users and advertisers resulting from the ads.
Cineportal.in assumes no liability for claims, damages, or losses arising from inaccurate, unauthorized, or misleading advertisements.

8. Suspension and Termination

Cineportal.in reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate any advertisement or advertiser account without notice for violations of these Terms.
Remove content that violates platform policy, applicable law, or third-party rights.

9. Data Privacy

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
