• Standard: For freshers or individuals with less than 2 years of experience.
• Premium: For professionals with 2 to 8 years of verified experience.
• Star: For members with over 8 years of proven professional experience.

Fresher members may be eligible for upgrade to Premium or Star level if they have notable achievements such as National Film Awards, State Film Awards, or Special Jury Mention Awards, subject to verification.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for any membership on www.cineportal.in are strictly non-refundable, including:

• Initial membership purchases.
• Membership renewals.
• Membership upgrades or downgrades.
• Cases where the member becomes eligible for another membership level after payment.
• Changes in personal or professional circumstances.

3. Upgrades Due to Achievements

If a Standard level member becomes eligible for a higher membership tier due to awards or achievements after payment, no refund or price adjustment will be provided. However, the member may apply for an upgrade, which will be assessed based on valid documentary proof. Such upgrades do not qualify for any refund of previous payments.

4. General Scope

This Refund Policy governs payments made for advertisement postings on www.cineportal.in, a professional platform dedicated to the film, media, and entertainment industry. This includes services for actors, models, dancers, photographers, stylists, musicians, crew, and other creative professionals.

5. Non-Refundable Advertisement Fees

All payments made for advertisement posting on Cineportal.in are strictly non-refundable.Once an advertisement slot is booked and payment is completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation of ads by the advertiser.
• Errors or omissions in the submitted ad content.
• Change of mind or marketing strategy
• Failure to receive desired response or engagement.

6. Right to Modify Advertisement Content

Advertisers are allowed to modify or replace the content of their advertisements within their originally scheduled posting period, provided:

• The replacement content complies with Cineportal's content and community guidelines.
• The modification request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled live date (or as otherwise agreed).
• No request for extension or postponement of scheduled dates is allowed once the ad slot is booked.

Cineportal reserves the right to reject any replacement content that violates its policies, is inappropriate, or is not technically feasible to implement.

7. Responsibility of Advertisers

• Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all content submitted for posting is accurate, legally compliant, and free of copyright infringement.
• Cineportal is not liable for any claims arising from the content of advertisements posted on its platform.

8. Force Majeure

No refund will be provided for missed postings or service interruptions caused by events beyond Cineportal’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, technical malfunctions, or governmental restrictions.

9. Payment Disputes

10. Exceptions
